NEORIS receives Mercurio Awards for its employer branding campaigns We Are All In and ONE NEORIS - Asset Display Page

Buenos Aires, Argentina. January 10, 2021. NEORIS, the digital accelerator, received new recognition for its internal and external communication campaigns ONE NEORIS and We Are All In through which they strengthen their employer brand. The honor came in the form of the Mercurio Awards, a program of the Argentine Marketing Association / Asociación Argentina de Marketing (AAM) focusing on the best marketing cases presented by companies and agencies. These new accolades are in addition to the two Eikon awards the company received last October.

“When we started working on the Employer Branding strategy, our objective was to move towards the consolidation of a group corporate culture, one which does not divide the offices into distinct silos, but instead conceives the entire company as ONE NEORIS, a single team moving in the same direction and where our talents are constantly nurtured by each other. These awards raise the bar for us and push us to improve ourselves even more in the coming years,” says Jorge Lukowski, Global Director of Marketing and Communications for NEORIS.

Through We Are All In and ONE NEORIS, the digital transformation company aims to convey that everyone is welcome and accepted just the way they are. The campaign was born out of a need to promote a spirit of belonging and a link to the company's values. Collaborators are grouped into “cells,” the idea being that if they feel comfortable and believe they have a good work environment, they are more likely to recommend their workplace to friends and colleagues. By the same token, if a person leaves the company, it may happen that some of their colleagues follow that individual.

Along these lines, Lukowski adds that talents between the ages of 20 and 35 have a higher job turnover rate because they seek to identify with a company's values and try to find a job with purpose and challenges that allow them to grow in an environment free of prejudices. Taking account of these phenomena, We Are All In makes the company's culture manifesto visible through different strategies, while ONE NEORIS – which was recently recognized with an Eikon Award – invites everyone to have a great experience no matter where they are in the company and encourages them to think of themselves as part of a whole.

For her part, Cynthia González, Global Brand Manager of NEORIS, remembers that the challenge was to communicate the essence of the company in a fresher and more striking way without losing sight of the original brand attributes. “This is where organizations demonstrate their versatility and that they can adapt to different audiences, cultures and regions. Without a doubt, this recognition for the team tells us that we are on the right track," she highlights.

Through these initiatives, NEORIS joins companies that decide to bet on generating closer and more direct communication with their talents, a trend gaining strength in the post-pandemic period, given the increase in remote and hybrid work models.
