Martin Mendez is the CEO of NEORIS and has more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in the IT sector. After graduating in Business Administration from Universidad Austral de Rosario (Argentina) in 1995, Martín co-founded AMTEC.NET, an Internet solutions provider that was acquired by CEMEX in 2000 to create NEORIS. Previously, from 2012 to 2015, he served as President of NEORIS for the South American region; from 2010 to 2012, as President of the company for Argentina, Chile and Colombia; and earlier he also served as the Commercial Director of CEMEX in Mexico, from 2002 to 2010. Throughout his career, Martin has received awards such as The International CEO Award and a mention in the HITEC (Hispanic IT Executive Council) List of 100. In addition, he participated in the CEMEX Management International program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as at Stanford University.

José "Lolo" Longinotti has led NEORIS as Global Managing Director of the company since 2018. Through this role, he analyzes how technologies can impact business efficiency, as well as attracting talent and leading the global sales and marketing team. He has 30 years of experience in leadership positions with companies such as PepsiCo International, Philip Morris, AOL Time Warner and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also participated for fourteen years in DDB, where he was president of DDB Cono Sur, and in Tracy Locke Latin America, the digital agency of the Omnicom group. In addition, he is one of the founders of La Ensenada Polo Ranch and La Colina Golf & Polo Club, both real estate developments, as well as an agribusiness and real estate investment fund. He also joins his ventures "Como en Casa," a well-known coffee chain. Lolo has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Business and Social Sciences (Argentina).

Diego Jaramillo Echeverry has been the Chief Financial Officer of NEORIS since joining the company in 2023. With a career of over 25 years in national and multinational companies, he has gained experience in the financial, construction, and tourism sectors, as well as expertise in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Corporate Transformation processes. Some of his recent roles include Vice President of Finance and Development at Tafer Hotels & Resorts, Manager of Strategy and Corporate Affairs at Alpaar - FO, and General Director of LATAM and Vice President of Finance at Karisma Hotels & Resorts. Diego holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valle of Colombia, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from INALDE Business School.

Timothy Marx is NEORIS Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for driving NEORIS' digital strategy and leading other initiatives that enable transformation and growth both within and outside of the company. He joined NEORIS in June 2023, after two years as President of the Topl company. In 2019, Tim served as President of Marx Capital Advisors and from 2018 to 2022, he was a Venture Partner at Baird Capital. He also has extensive experience from his time at the Boston Consulting Group where he was Partner & Managing Director. Tim has a degree in Finance and International Business. He also has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Nir Kaldero has since 2021 served as the Chief Data, Analytics, & AI Officer at NEORIS. He is the author of the best-selling book Data Science for Executives and is one of the leading influencers in the world of high-impact executives in the C-Suite, with knowledge on how to transform organizations into solid corporations, based on data and models. He was previously Executive Vice President of Data Science and Engineering at Galvanize Inc. (now Stride). He created and chaired the first Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS) program in the United States and managed his own data science consulting practice in Silicon Valley. Nir graduated from University of California, Berkeley (USA) and is currently a renowned speaker giving keynotes around the world. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Councils, the Google Mentor program, as well as the IBM Analytics Champion initiative, since 2017.

Marcelo Gomes Da Costa leads the NEORIS SAP practice and is responsible for developing and expanding our client base. In addition, he is in charge of the Strategic Alliances practice and manages the relationship with analysts to support the execution of the regional industries strategy. He joined us in 2000 and moved to Miami to work at the NEORIS headquarters in November 2001. He became the CMO in 2009 until 2016, when he assumed the leadership of the NEORIS subsidiary in Brazil. Previously, he was Director of Sales and Marketing at MLab, a leading e-Business and technology company in Brazil. He also served as Marketing Manager for Itaú Unibanco, one of the largest private banks in Latin America, and held key marketing positions at BankBoston. Marcelo has a degree in Economics from the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo (Brazil).

Juliana Fernández currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at NEORIS. Additionally, she leads the IT department at a global level. She has been with the company since 2000 and has forged her career at NEORIS as a leader in the Finance department for the South America region. Juliana describes the role of Operations as a "value integrator" that spans across all areas of an organization. She believes that proper data management, optimization of business processes, positive interaction among people, and data-driven decision-making are the most valuable assets of any business. Juliana holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Austral (Argentina).

Jaime Peñaranda joined NEORIS Spain in 2005 to create the Financial Services Unit, in which he performed different functions to open more businesses. In 2018 he was named Global Leader of Financial Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting market, specifically in the financial sector, from where he has worked for the country's main national financial entities, insurance companies and financial departments of IBEX 35 companies, as well as valuation agencies and societies. He also held different positions of responsibility at Soluziona and JP Morgan for more than eight years. Jaime has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from ICADE (Spain), and has a PDG from IESE Business School.

Sergio Donzelli is currently global head of the Telco and Media vertical, with prior experience as Country Manager for Argentina and Business Director, when he joined NEORIS in 2004. He is a professional with more than 25 years dedicated to the improvement and optimization of business processes using innovative technologies. Throughout his career, he specialized in the Telecommunications, Insurance, Oil and Gas markets. Sergio has a degree in Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and a postgraduate degree in Senior Management from IAE Business School.

Saúl Marenco is the global leader of the Manufacturing vertical, and is in charge of coordinating and managing the most relevant commercial partners for NEORIS at a global level, since 2019. He is also CEO of ActiveTrac, an Internet of Things based fleet management tool. Under his responsibility are more than 500 consultants and 50 digital transformation projects in multiple technologies such as cloud implementation, e-commerce, mobile applications, ERP, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Internet of Things. He has extensive knowledge and fundamental experience in various industrial sectors, with special expertise in those related to telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution and retail, both in Mexico and in other countries, collaborating with leading companies such as Accenture, Deloitte and Axtel. Saúl is a graduate of the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) as an Electrical Mechanical Engineer and has various accreditations in senior management by the Stanford University Graduate School, INSEAD and EGADE.

Federico Welsh is the Chief Human Capital Officer for NEORIS, responsible for the company’s global human capital management. He joined the company in May of 2023 with the aim of designing strategies that enhance the company's talent-centric vision and to implement actions that promote a sense of belonging and team motivation. Since 2018, Welsh has held the role of Human Resources Director for the Hispanic South America region of Accenture, a company he first joined in 2015 as Labor & Employment Senior Legal Counsel for Hispanic South America and Mexico. Previously, he had a professional career as Legal Affairs Manager at Adecco and Associate Attorney at Cambiaso & Ferrari law firm. His career experience includes time at companies such as Ford, the financial company Ford Credit Argentina and General Motors Argentina. Federico received his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina and he also has a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires.

Juan Duarte has been part of NEORIS since 2023 as Global Head of M&A, focusing on identifying and managing M&A opportunities. With more than 15 years in the investment industry, he has accumulated experience in private equity and growth capital, working in key markets such as the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Before his role at NEORIS, Juan brought his expertise to J.P. Morgan Chase (2006) and Advent International (2007), where he managed acquisitions and oversaw portfolio companies. As COO and partner at Acamar Partners (2019), he led the listing of an investment entity in the public market, capital raising and execution of mergers. Juan has a solid academic background, with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM in Mexico and an MBA specializing in Finance from Cornell University in the United States.

Rubén Pérez is currently the Global SVP Head of the Digital Center at NEORIS, leading sales and delivery of digital core solutions such as: Digital Product Delivery, Digital Architecture, User Experience (UX), Quality Engineering (Testing), Process Automation, Managed Services for Applications and Infrastructure, among others. He is an executive with more than 26 years of experience in the development of digital solutions supported by emerging technologies such as: Cloud-native digital products, Integration of digital solutions to operational core (ERPs, legacy systems), Artificial Intelligence (NLP, Automated Machine Learning, Computer Vision), IoT, Robotic Process Automation, Biometrics, Blockchain and AR/VR. During his professional career, he has collaborated in the definition, implementation, sales and operation of Global Digital Centers and Global Digital Innovation Labs. He has also been responsible for the Center of Excellence for Application Managed Services (IT Service Management / ITIL), SAP Software, Testing and Delivery Centers, as well as a specialist in service management and international projects with budgets above 100 million USD.

Enrique has served as the President of NEORIS Mexico since 2023. Prior to this, he retired from Microsoft Mexico, where he held the position of Non-Executive President starting in July 2022. Before that role, he was the General Director for four years. During his tenure, he transformed the company’s organizational culture by establishing a vision of excellence. Among his key achievements, he successfully doubled sales from $500 million to $1 billion and secured $1.1 billion in investments. Additionally, the areas under his leadership reached the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction across the entire Microsoft Corporation.

Alejandro Garza joined NEORIS in 2014, and since 2015 he has been part of the company's legal team as Chief Legal Officer. In this position, he is responsible for safeguarding the global interests of the organization from a legal perspective. Also, he advises the Board of Directors and the NEORIS leadership team on this matter. He has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, having worked as an attorney for VITRO in the areas of Contracts, Mergers, and Acquisitions and later in Corporate Finance. Alejandro holds a law degree from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, A.C. (Mexico), where he is currently a professor. He later completed his LLM studies at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Business Law.

Fernando Fronza has been the President of NEORIS LATAM since 2020. He began his career at Grupo Techint in 1986, worked at McKinsey & Company between 1994 and 2000 and, from that year until 2012, he worked at Telefónica, first in Argentina (as VP of Strategy & Regulation and VP of the Residential Business), and later in Spain as General Director of New Products and Services Development at a global level. Prior to NEORIS, he was COO of Grupo Clarín, where he was in charge of all the businesses and the digital transformation of the company. As an entrepreneur, he was one of the four founders and the Director of Farmacity Argentina. Fernando has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National University of La Plata in Argentina and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sebastián Ramacciotti currently leads the NEORIS operations in Argentina. He joined the company in 2000 and since then has been a Functional Analyst, Project Manager and Commercial Director, before reaching his current position. His mission is the consolidation of the company within the competitive Argentine market and the growth of our local sales. Sebastián has studied Information Technology and completed a Senior Management Program at the IAE Business School (Argentina). He participated in CEMEX's IGNITE executive program and during his tenure commercial objectives have been exceeded every year within a highly challenging market.

Fernando Silvestre leads the North Andean operation of NEORIS and is based in Bogotá, Colombia. Under his guidance, NEORIS has managed to triple its operations in Colombia and expand its client base to Ecuador. At NEORIS, he has worked since 2011 in different areas within the company: Business Support, Marketing, Human Resources and Sales for Argentina and Brazil. Fernando has a degree in Marketing and a Master in IT Service Management from the University of San Andrés (Argentina).

Cristina Valles has been the Country Manager for the company in Spain since 2018. She had originally joined NEORIS in February 2015 as Director of the Telecommunications market. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, in which she held different positions in companies such as Indra or Soluziona, leading clients in the telecommunications sector including Vodafone, Telefónica / Movistar and Orange / France Telecom. Cristina is a Superior Industrial Engineer from the University of Valladolid (Spain). She has completed a Senior Management Program (PADE) at the IESE-Business School University de Navarra, a Management Development Program at the EOI-School of Industrial Organization, an Advanced Management Program at the IE-Instituto de Empresa and has a Master in Management, Strategy and ICT from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
