About me

Born in Argentina in 1974, Mr. Jorge Lukowski is a German-Argentine entrepreneur and senior executive, with residency in Madrid, Spain. He graduated with an International Relations degree from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina and did postgraduate studies at the University of San Andrés. There, as the winner of the Entrepreneurial Talent Scholarship, he studied for a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in General Management.

Jorge has more than 20 years of experience in various industries and multicultural business environments, occupying global roles with an impact on markets in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Among the industries in which he has developed his expertise are commercial aviation, infrastructure, manufacturing, retail and CPG, energy, agribusiness, cultural management, tourism, sports and technology, among others.

He excels in executive leadership areas such as business strategy, lobbying, sales, digital marketing, communications, market development, reputation, public relations, international affairs, customer experience, branding and creativity, and corporate social responsibility, among others.

Guiding current projects and directions

Since 2018, he has held the position of Global Director of Marketing and Communications at NEORIS, the digital accelerator and expert in digital transformation. His work centers on positioning the Miami-based technology company with a presence in 14 countries as a benchmark for the industry in the markets of Mexico and the rest of Latin America, as well as in Europe and the United States.

With an important focus on helping companies and organizations take the leap towards innovation and to put technology to work and at the service of the planet and humanity, Jorge works on different strategies that help the company not only to meet these objectives, but to promote the knowledge and application of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, the Cloud and Knowledge Automation, among others, and to promote NEORIS as a company with a talent-centric vision where its talents are the pillar to achieve these goals.

As a leader and executive at NEORIS, Jorge aims for the company's value offer to be consolidated beyond business and for the organization to conceive the Fourth Industrial Revolution as a platform for the development of sustainable businesses and solutions that promote a true transformation and a culture of change within companies to break paradigms and modify the way in which technology is produced and consumed.

Recently, he became part of the Forbes Communication Council community of experts in Communication, Marketing and Public Relations. Additionally, he is an active member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) in Spain.

Today, Lukowski continues to contribute to human capital programs, attending to the expectations of employees, investors, managers, suppliers, customers, and third-sector organizations (private, non-profit institutions) with the aim of achieving a balance among economic, environmental and social needs and interests.

As a second occupation, Jorge has trained as an actor in recent years at the Cecilia Maresca School in Buenos Aires. His professional debut was in the original opera Miramar, which was presented in 2018 and 2019 at the Norah Borges experimental room at the Borges Cultural Center. He has also appeared in the docu-reality Lucky Ladies and in the film Rainbow by Paco León, which premiered in 2022 at the San Sebastián Festival in Spain.

A global work career

While starting his professional career at the age of 20 at the Fundación Argentina Siglo 21 (Argentina Century 21 Foundation), a think tank led by the politician, lawyer, writer and historian Rodolfo Terragno, Jorge began to work on multilateral cooperation issues with international credit organizations such as the World Bank and the cooperation agencies GTZ from Germany and JICA from Japan. There, he developed initiatives related to the reduction of emissions, climate change, the rational use of energy, and waste management, among others.

In addition, he has worked on projects for the financing and implementation of the Clean Air Program of the City of Buenos Aires under the administration of former Argentine president Fernando De La Rúa and in the Office of Environmental Policy of the Chief of Staff, together with Dr. Norma Cadoppi, where he continued to develop environmental areas and in the National Fire Fighting Program..

After a brief period in Washington, he joined Eduardo Eurnekian's Business Group, Corporación América Internacional. He worked as Brand Director of the Group and then as Director of Institutional Relations, Corporate Image and Advertising at Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, which is part of the holding company. Under his direction in 2011, the company received the EIKON award — which recognizes the work of communicators, publicists, journalists, public relations specialists, etc.— for the advertising campaign “That place where dreams arrive” and “That place where dreams come from,” which included the participation of former NBA player, Manu Ginóbilli.

Among his most notable achievements during his time at Aeropuertos Argentinos 2000 was having managed to consolidate the company's reputation and position as the largest private airport operator in the world.

Another highlight is his link with the cultural and sports industries. For example, he has carried out sports marketing, communication and organization of actions and events for La Dolfina Polo Team. With La Dolfina Polo Lifestyle, he participated in the development of the capsule collection La Dolfina by Pablo Ramírez that was presented at New York Fashion Week in 2011. In addition, he was the creator of the magazine La Dolfina Polo Mag, whose editorial focus is the fashion, sports and lifestyle; and he participated in defining the branding of La Dolfina Polo Ranch, an important Real Estate enterprise linked to the world of polo, in the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He has also been responsible for the annual beach cleaning action by the Fundación Surfrider and organizer of an awareness program for the care of the oceans, within the framework of a Music Festival with the singer Jack Johnson.

Jorge Lukowski's professional career and expertise have enabled him to stand out as a key figure within different chambers and organizations. He was the creator and founder of the Private Sector of the Americas (SPA), an entity that was involved in major collaborations with the Organization of American States (OAS) during the administration of José Miguel Insulza as Secretary General. During his work with SPA, he was the promoter of a regional collective that raised 100 thousand dollars during the Haiti earthquake crisis as humanitarian aid for the Pan American Development Foundation.

From 2001 to 2018, he was an active member of Airports Council International (ACI-LAC), for both the Global Chapter and the Latin American and Caribbean Chapter. He was also a representative of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission and worked jointly with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) with the aim of setting a common agenda on issues related to the development of the industry and its technical, legal and economic aspects.

In 2014, he was invited to the fifth annual meeting of the G-20Y Summit which took place in Switzerland. He was the only representative from Argentina and Latin America on the committee that addressed the issue of private investment in infrastructure. Additionally, for several years he actively participated in meetings of the Americas Society/Council of the Americas..

At the same time, and without his residing in Madrid an impediment, Jorge continues to be an active member of the board and patron of Argentina’s Fundación Amigos Teatro San Martín, which was born from the creation of the Buenos Aires Theater Complex in 2000, with the objective of working for the benefit of the five theaters that are part of the Complex.
