NEORIS selects historic World Heritage city of Salamanca, Spain to hold its annual leaders' retreat - Asset Display Page

Madrid, July 3, 2023 – NEORIS, the digital accelerator with more than 22 years of experience in the digital transformation of large companies, chose the historic UNESCO World Heritage designated city of Salamanca as the location for its main leaders to carry out two days of conferences aimed at promoting company culture and strategy while also engaging in different leisure activities around the city. Under the name ‘NEOleaders,’ the conference brought together more than 100 leaders from the various divisions comprising its subsidiary in Spain, with the aim of promoting both business growth and organizational culture.
“Salamanca is a city that resonates with a unique historical, educational and cultural heritage for Spain, which is why it is the ideal space to hold our annual leaders' retreat. The event took place on June 29 and 30. In addition to the work sessions, the leaders enjoyed different recreational activities and free time to visit museums and leisure spaces in Salamanca, including a tourist gymkhana competition through the city’s center where they were able to discover the main monuments, as well as the history and unique features of this UNESCO World Heritage city.
Under its talent-centric strategy, NEORIS develops different initiatives each year in the areas of training, teamwork, diversity and conciliation, among which is this traditional meeting of leaders.
