NEORIS launches a new edition of “Impulsando Talento”, aimed at training young individuals in technology - Asset Display Page

Madrid, April 17, 2024. The continuous growth of the technology sector is generating an increasing demand for professionals specialized in new technologies by companies, who are seeking skilled talent to innovate, develop solutions, and stay ahead in a highly competitive and constantly evolving market.
In this regard, NEORIS, a global digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience guiding large companies through their digital transformation processes, has announced the launch of the third edition of its global program 'Impulsando Talento', in which over 70 prospects will participate in its Madrid and Murcia offices.
The program, which is part of the company's talent attraction strategy, aims to provide free technology education to individuals in different professional scenarios, including young people without work experience, professionals seeking to re-enter the job market, and those looking to pivot towards the technology field.
Through this new edition, which marks the third installment in Spain, selected participants will undergo training in cutting-edge technologies and actively engage in teams working on real projects spanning software development, data management, cloud computing, and customer management.

Alberto Roselló, who was one of the participants in the inaugural edition of the program and now works as a DevOps developer at NEORIS, remarked: "The 'Impulsando Talento' program was a significant opportunity for me. It not only allowed me to strengthen my technology skills but also enabled me to take my first steps as a developer in the company, where I continue to grow and learn every day".
Since its launch in Spain in 2022, the program has successfully trained over 300 individuals, many of whom have found employment opportunities within the NEORIS team, while others have significantly enhanced their employability in the job market through the experience and knowledge gained.
