Madrid, July 12, 2023 - NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with over 22 years of experience in the digital transformation of large companies, has once again been recognized by Forbes magazine. This time, Cristina Valles, the current General Manager and Director of Human Resources for the company in Spain, has been included in Forbes' Top 100 HR Directors Ranking for 2023.

Cristina Valles joined NEORIS over 8 years ago as the Director of the Telecommunications market, and in 2018, she was appointed as the General Manager for the company in Spain. Currently, Valles leads the company's operations in the region, with a particular focus on maintaining relationships with key clients, implementing new policies defined within the company, and fostering the development of technological talent.

This ranking recognizes leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to combine technology and talent management, as well as the ability to adapt to constant social, economic, and political changes. The transformation of their work areas and the values that shape a good leader in this department are also highly valued.

"I have always been convinced that people are our greatest asset and our main competitive advantage. In fact, something that NEORIS clients always highlight is the quality of our teams. That's why, in recent years, I have placed special emphasis on being a talent-centric company that prioritizes work-life balance, well-being, and the personal and professional growth of all our talents," comments Cristina Valles.

Among the initiatives that have led the company to receive these recognitions, one notable campaign is their global initiative called "WE ARE ALL IN," which aims to support employees from the moment they join the company. Other programs include "Impulsando Talento," which addresses the needs of the labor market and helps mitigate the talent shortage in the technology sector, as well as the WeGrow platform, which enables a comprehensive performance management process to foster a feedback culture. Initiatives such as Time Out, which provides spaces for health, sports, and a healthy lifestyle, and NEORIS EQUAL, which promotes diversity, equality, respect, tolerance, and inclusion to establish a safe and dynamic work environment, are also highlighted.

Additionally, this year the company has been a pioneer in launching NEOS, the first communication campaign entirely developed with Artificial Intelligence. Through this campaign, NEORIS turns its talents into ambassadors to strengthen its employer brand and talent attraction strategies.
