Mexico City, March 21st, 2025 - NEORIS, a leading global digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience and now part of EPAM, announces the return of Rodrigo Rey as Industry Leader CPG & Retail. Rodrigo previously spent over 14 years at the company, holding leadership roles such as Senior Vice President and Global IT Director.

Rodrigo will be responsible for leading strategies in these key sectors, strengthening NEORIS' position, and accelerating growth in these industries. With his return, NEORIS reinforces its leadership team to address the challenges of the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail sectors in the region, bringing back an experienced leader in digital transformation, business and technology management, solution development, engineering, and data strategy.

Rodrigo Rey has 30 years of experience in business and technology management. After his previous tenure at NEORIS, Rodrigo joined FEMSA, where he held positions as CEO of Xpertal and Director of Digital House at Digital@FEMSA.

Rodrigo Rey holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He also completed the CIMP Program at Cemex, in partnership with Stanford University, INSEAD, and EGADE.
