Madrid, Spain. June 5, 2023 – NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with more than 22 years of experience in the technology sector, puts its talent-centric human capital strategy into action every year by developing a variety of training, diversity and wellbeing initiatives. This unique, multifold process was a major reason why they were recognized as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain in a ranking published by the Spanish edition of the renowned global business magazine Forbes which worked with data analysis company Two Sigma on the study.

NEORIS rose to these heights from within a highly competitive field of more than 2,000 companies with more than 250 workers across various sectors. The survey’s analysis takes into account an overall assessment of three main factors at these companies — remuneration, emotional wellbeing and organization.

“We believe that our talents are the fundamental pillar for the growth of our company. That’s why every day we work on different initiatives that allow us not only to attract new talent, but to make them feel connected and proud to be part of NEORIS upon joining. I am extremely proud that the work we do with our teams has been recognized on a larger scale by such important industry experts,” said Cristina Valles, Country Manager for NEORIS in Spain.

Talents as brand ambassadors

The company recently launched NEOS, the first global communication campaign based on Artificial Intelligence that features its own talents. The main objective of this campaign is to strengthen the employer brand and talent attraction strategy by turning NEORIS’ own talents themselves into company brand ambassadors through avatars created with Artificial Intelligence.

Betting on technology training

The standout among the different NEORIS initiatives is “Promoting Talent,” a project that grants professional development training scholarships in technology to people who are in varying professional situations. This year, a new edition of the program has allowed training in Spain for more than 150 young people in search of their first jobs in the technology field.

A culture of feedback

To better support the performance of its talents, NEORIS created WeGrow, a tool which allows different teams to obtain constant feedback from their colleagues and external clients, letting the company more easily identify talents’ leadership potential. This system also uses data analytics to help understand how teams collaborate and improve their management.

A focus on well-being and continuous development

NEORIS offers a monthly program called Time Out, which promotes a sense of wellbeing among the talents by encouraging participation in activities related to health, sports and a balanced lifestyle. Among its components are various training programs realized through agreements with universities and language institutions. As part of this initiative, NEORIS also has a dedicated platform called Global Campus providing free access to training for all NEORIS talents.
