Madrid, Spain. June 4, 2024 – NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with more than 20 years of experience in the digital transformation of large companies, continues to stand out for its talent-centric approach. Its various initiatives in sustainability and talent attraction and loyalty have allowed the company to once again be recognized as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, in a ranking published by the business magazine Forbes and conducted by the research firm Sigma Dos.

NEORIS achieved this recognition for the second consecutive year, standing out among the more than 2,000 companies analyzed to prepare this ranking. Forbes bases results on three indicators – financial remuneration, emotional salary and organizational culture – along with an overall global assessment of all items.

Commitment to Technology Training

NEORIS' commitment to attracting talent is reflected in initiatives such as 'Promoting Talent,' a program that aims to offer free technology training to people in different professional situations, including young people without work experience, professionals seeking to re-enter the labor market as well as those seeking to change careers and enter the technology field. Since its launch in Spain in 2022, this program has trained more than 300 people in software, data and cloud development, with many able to find job opportunities within NEORIS after their training.

Talents as Brand Ambassadors

In 2023, the company launched WE ARE NEOS, the first global communication campaign developed entirely with Artificial Intelligence, creating futuristic, personalized avatars of its talents to turn them into brand ambassadors promoting the company's values and culture. This campaign has managed to increase a sense of loyalty among its talents by 80%, increased the feeling of belonging among teams by 300% and has increased the receipt of quality resumes from applicants by 200%. In addition, it has been recognized worldwide with six EIKON Awards in Argentina and Chile, two Mercurio Awards and the Gold Award in the AEBRAND Awards II Competition in Spain.

Commitment to Sustainability

NEORIS’ ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) strategy is based on three dimensions: Environmental, through which the company seeks to reduce CO₂ emissions and generate carbon credits to counteract climate change; the Social, focused on technological training; and the Economic, through which NEORIS develops digital solutions allowing its clients to have a positive impact in their own work. In addition, this year the company launched a global plan to measure and mitigate its carbon footprint.
