Madrid, January 16, 2023 – NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with more than 20 years of experience, has announced the appointments of Carlos Gallego as the new Chief Growth Officer for EMEA and the Industry, Energy and Services Sectors Director for Spain, and of Lola Rebollo as the new Public Sector and Cybersecurity Director for Spain. By incorporating these two new executives with extensive experience and prestige in the technology consulting sector, NEORIS reinforces its team along with its ongoing commitment to excellence. The objective of both incorporations is to open new markets while simultaneously strengthening business in sectors in which the company is already present.
Luis Álvarez Satorre, President for NEORIS EMEA, values the incorporation of the new managers into the company: "I am confident that Carlos and Lola's business development capacity, as well as their extensive experience in the technology field, will allow us to add more value to our clients and successfully boost our growth."

Carlos Gallego is the former Managing Director for Accenture. Throughout his professional career, he has led teams that have achieved transformational changes in a wide variety of industrial companies through pioneering and innovative technological and consulting projects.
With an engineering degree from ICAI and a PDD from IESE Business School of Barcelona, Carlos is an experienced executive in the development of growth strategies and business development in the technology sector. In 1996 he joined Accenture (then Andersen Consulting) where he spent almost his entire professional career, including since 2009 as Managing Director (then Partner); and where he led the Industry, Transport and Infrastructure sectors, until 2022. In addition, he created and positioned Accenture's Industry 4.0 practice in the market and the "Industry X Innovation Center" in Bilbao.
Lola Rebollo is an Electronic Engineer with a specialty in Semiconductors from Wilkes University (USA, 1996). She has more than 25 years of experience at large multinationals and also with innovative startups. In 2020, she joined the National Institute of Cybersecurity as Deputy Director of Industry, Talent and R+D+i and in 2022, she was appointed member of the Advisory Council and elected part of the Permanent Commission of the High Commission of Spain Entrepreneurial Nation.
Since 2011, Lola has been an Expert Evaluator for the European Economic Commission and Business Coach for the EIC Accelerator program. She actively participates as a mentor in programs such as STEM TALENT GIRL, which aims to inspire, educate, and empower girls, young people and women to develop their careers in technical areas, and PROGESA Mujer/PROGRESSIVE Women of CEOE (Confederation of Business Organizations), and is also part of WA4STEAM, an organization of women investors financing entrepreneurial projects led by women.
