Madrid, June 26, 2024 – NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience in the digital transformation of large enterprises, has been acknowledged by Woman Forward as one of the companies promoting equality in Spain. In the latest II Equality Ranking of Companies, NEORIS has reaffirmed its position among the top fifty companies recognized for cultivating a strong culture of gender equality and female leadership, specifically ranking 31st.
The results presentation, held on June 25 at Fundación Botín, featured prominent figures from the business, academic, and social sectors who shared best practices in equality and deliberated on the challenges and opportunities posed by gender diversity in the workplace. The jury comprised distinguished personalities from various organizations, including CEOE and Red Española De Pacto Global.
This recognition marks a significant stride in advancing NEORIS's talent-centric vision and underscores its commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment, with equality as a cornerstone for building an inclusive, sustainable, and innovative future.
