As a result of its strong organizational culture practices, NEORIS secured a spot for the second consecutive year in Mexico's 2024 Super Companies ranking "The places where everyone wants to work," in the 500 to 3000 employees category.

This prestigious acknowledgment - granted by Expansión magazine and Top Companies, a leading firm in organizational culture diagnosis and strengthening highlights NEORIS' commitment to building an exceptional work environment for its talent.

Using a standardized and reliable methodology, Top Companies assessed various aspects of corporate culture, from leadership and innovation to well-being and inclusion, all of which are considered key factors for the sustainable success of any organization, among more than a thousand evaluated companies.

Specific measurement within NEORIS Mexico revealed, among other data points, that 87% of talent considers it a company that provides growth opportunities, regardless of sexual orientation, and that 85% consider it an organization where gender is not a relevant factor when it comes to professional growth.
